Fixes the server not restarting after 'update & restart'. Tidies the agent: destinations show subtly next to Ready, removed the track count and the up-to-date note.

Stream to a linked Twitch/Kick account: pick 'Twitch (my account)' or 'Kick (my account)' as a destination Source and go live - the stream key is fetched securely, nothing typed in. Removes the in-app OAuth + the cloud control plane.
